I can fax or post relevant forms or you can download it off my site, click here for Notice of Intention to Marry. The Notice can be completed up to 18 months prior to the wedding date.

I can assist you in designing the structure of your wedding. To give you an idea what a ceremony would contain a basic ceremony has been provided, click here to download it. I always work with couples to listen to what you say and help structure your wishes in your unique ceremony.

Every ceremony should be different and really enjoy the magic happens on the day when the event flows smoothly and everyone enjoys the ceremony. You are always given the complete choice of your ceremony.

* I will supply all necessary notarised books and materials for your ceremony
* I offer you unlimited consultation by phone or in person for my couples
* I personally guarantee that no other wedding will be booked too close on the day.
* As far as possible I will dress to suite with your style of wedding.
* I always ensure that all documents are lodged with the Registry Office.
* In the event of illness or accident I will do her utmost to provide you a fall back celebrant.
* I have access to email, fax and this website which makes communication stress free
* Your ceremony will be audible due to the FREE inclusion of a PA system.
* Calligraphy also comes standard with your ceremony on your certificates.

Arranging your wedding ceremony
When you are ready to book your wedding date a time is arranged for the initial meeting usually at my home, where we can discuss any hesitations and answer any questions that you might have about a civil wedding service.

The Notice Of Intention To Marry Form which can be completed at this time in person, and this form must be lodged at least one month and one day prior to the date of the ceremony. You should bring your birth certificates if Australian born or passports if born overseas. Also where there has been a previous marriage or a death, relevant certificates will need to be provided, a deposit would be appreciated at this time to secure your booking.
